Rex Run is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data to provide and improve the App experience:

  • Gameplay Data: High scores and in-game progress are stored locally on your device. We do not collect or transmit this data to our servers.
  • Advertising Data: If you choose to watch optional reward ads, our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers and usage data in accordance with their own privacy policy. Ad personalisation only occurs if you provide consent through the on-screen consent prompt.

Rex Run uses a deferred consent model for advertising. Consent is only requested when you choose to interact with an ad placement (e.g., tapping "Watch Ad" for a reward). You may decline consent, in which case non-personalised ads may still be shown where permitted by law, or the ad may not be available.

Because Rex Run is rated for ages 3 and above, all ad requests are treated as child-directed where required by law. Personalised advertising is never served to users identified as children. Only contextual, age-appropriate ads are displayed.

Rex Run is rated for ages 3 and above and is designed to be safe and enjoyable for players of all ages, including children. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, and other applicable child-safety regulations.

We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children. The App does not require account creation, does not collect names or email addresses, and stores all gameplay data locally on the device. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has somehow provided personal information to us, please contact us at support@rexrunapp.com and we will promptly investigate and delete any such data.
